Dressing For The Holidays!
This year, we are spending the?holidays with family and close friends. We don't have any office parties to?attend and none of our friends are "going all out" with a fancy gathering. While?I would rather have an?informal get together with my loved ones, I'm a little sad that I'm going to "miss out" on buying a special dress, especially since I've found so many gorgeous?holiday dresses recently! I just can't seem to bring myself to buy a?cocktail dress?to?wear while my family enjoys takeout, even if they happen to be on sale!Next year, I'm going to make sure this doesn't happen again. Parties are easy enough to host and I love to entertain in my home! The hardest part of planning a party is deciding on the date because everyone is usually busy during the holidays. Trying to pick a date that works for most of your friends and/or family?can be stressful because you don't want anyone left out. When you make a decision?on the date, the rest isn't too difficult if you plan everything (and make lists) like I do! I love all the prepping and holiday cooking. I also love the visits with friends and all?the holiday fashion and decorations! Maybe?it's not too late for me and?I'll be able to?pull something off this year!?If? it doesn't work out, I'll just?do a little sensible shopping?to take my mind off of the?beautiful cocktail dress?I didn't purchase?and the designer?mens?suit I picked out for my husband. It can't hurt! Besides, I can think of a few things I really need! I'd love to buy a new jacket and a few accessories.
