Etech Global Services plans to hire 200 employees over the next three years at its new Riviera Beach location.
The Business Development Board of Palm Beach County and the Workforce Alliance helped the Nacogdoches, Texas-based company establish a 10,000-square-foot office at 155 E. Blue Heron Blvd. It plans to invest $2.5 million here and could receive an Enterprise Zone Tax Credit for meeting job creation requirements.
Etech runs call centers that handle outsourced customer service and sales. It has more than 2,500 employees, including in India and Jamaica.
The BDB said the project would have an economic impact of more than $21 million.
