Duties and Responsibilities:

??????????????????????? Assist attorney in general law practice: civil, criminal, immigration, family law, bankruptcy, and wills, and business law

??????????????????????? Assist in communicating with clients, drafts legal forms and pleadings, and legal research

??????????????????????? Assist in administrative office matters

Minimum Qualifications:

????????????????????? Enrolled in undergraduate, graduate or law school program; or graduate

????????????????????? Computer knowledge in Word and Window Vista

????????????????????? Fluent in SPANISH, HINDI, VIETNAMESE, KOREAN OR CHINESE

????????????????????? Able to work in team environment

????????????????????? Able to work independently

????????????????????? Must be able to commit to three days per week/24 hours per week (M-SAT)

????????????????????? Must be flexible to travel to Seattle/Renton/Tacoma office locations

????????????????????? Ownership of car and reliable transportation required

????????????????????? Knowledge of website design or tech savvy

Educational Benefits:

Student will gain hands on experience in busy law office under supervision of attorney. Student will learn several areas of law and practice writing, research and interfacing skills. Areas covered: contracts, torts, criminal law, civil procedure, criminal procedure, business law, trademark, copyright, wills, bankruptcy, and immigration
